Together, we welcome all that you may have spent years running from, through addiction or work, and shift your inner narrative toward freedom and naturalness, without prescription drugs or faking a positive position. Fundamental to my work is the knowing that there is an essential aspect of your true nature eternally present behind the ego and personality. I combine years of somatic therapeutic experience, ongoing studies in Nondual Therapy, Eastern psychology, and Spiritual Psychology as a certified Spiritual Life Coach. I am also a Family Constellation informed therapist weaving these most vital principles into your session. And so you know, I also hold a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology and a PhD in Consciousness Studies as well as certificates in the Kiloby Inquiries, Level I trainings in IFS and NARM and many others. I offer a comprehensive and gentle approach to navigating life and relationship through change, crisis, life's beginnings, and endings.
