What you are responsible for:
Flight fees to and from the island.
(Flight to San Juan PR and then either a ferry or small plane to Vieques)
Dinner
Masssage
BioBay Excursion



There is always an option for you to split the cost for a rental car,
but me, Billy, and island friends will also be available for transport!
